Trinity Community Care have partnered with Dr. Noel McCaffrey and ExWell Medical to offer you a home exercise programme. We are doing this because we believe that exercise is essential to keeping active and maintaining good health and well being. This is a truly excellent and inspirational programme which will assist you in ensuring that you stay healthy and well at this time. The ExWell Home Programme will provide information and supports to you to carry out exercise in your home.
